According to Brown Rudnick LLP, an international law firm, Kevin Joyce has joined the firm as a partner in the Real Estate Group. Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Joyce was a partner at Nixon Peabody LLP.
Joyce's practice covers a spectrum of real estate development and finance, leasing, property acquisition and disposition, and zoning and land use matters.
Joyce has experience representing owners and developers in seeking permits and approvals for projects located in the city, including the Boston Redevelopment Authority Article 80 process.
He joins a strong team of real estate attorneys at Brown Rudnick. Since the firm's inception in 1948, the real estate practice has been one of the firm's primary practice areas.

Joyce has been the lead lawyer on development projects, including multi-family residential projects, senior housing, hotels, commercial buildings, and data-centers. He has also advised clients relative to real estate private equity fund formation and investments, joint ventures, partnership and LLCs.
