McLaughry Commercial's Waters handles 1,400 s/f lease to Holden

According to Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, Holden Engineering and Surveying, Inc. for their newest branch office at the Hanover St. Plaza. The new office is located at 103 Hanover St. and it offers access to I-89. Waters said, "Holden Engineering is no stranger to the Lebanon marketplace, having been involved with many projects over the years, but to better service their growing customer base, Peter Holden, president of the company, felt it was time to locate a permanent presence in the Upper Valley market." The office is 1,400 s/f with parking. The office will be managed by Chet Hagenbarth, an engineer and planner in the Upper Valley area. Modest improvements are being made to the office, which opened in mid-November. McLaughry Commercial represents Donald Goodwin Properties, owner of Hanover St. Plaza and assisted Holden Engineering with their site search.
