McMahon and Guralnick of O,R&L Commercial complete 16,000 s/f lease at Branford Business Park

Branford, CT According to O,R&L Commercial, Murphy Distributors has leased 16,000 s/f of office and warehouse space in the Branford Business Park at 25 Business Park Dr. Tim McMahon of O,R&L represented the tenant, Murphy Distributors and Richard Guralnick, CCIM, also of O,R&L represented the landlord, Business Park Realty.

Murphy Distributors is a beverage marketing and distribution company serving Connecticut with a focus on fine wine, craft beer and artisanal spirits.
