McMahon and Mueller of NAI Norwood Group broker 3,300 s/f lease

According to Chris McMahon and John Mueller of NAI Norwood Group's Portsmouth office, Heritage Commons Shopping Center at 2800 Lafayette Rd. has recently secured a local seafood restaurant. The landlord is currently renovating the former 3,300 s/f former Wendy's building for the restaurant's early 2011 opening. The well known operator will be an exciting addition to the shopping center which will result in increased traffic to the center and a much more attractive and modern restaurant building. Chris McMahon and John Mueller of NAI Norwood Group represented the landlord in this transaction. David Choate of Grubb & Ellis Northern New England represented the tenant.
