Fulcrum Associates to construct new Copper Door Restaurant
Fulcrum Associates, Inc. of Amherst has been selected by Great NH Restaurants Inc, owners of Cactus Jack's and T-Bones restaurants, to build their newest dining venture The Copper Door. The restaurant will be constructed as part of the Bedford Hills development at the intersection of Rte. 101 and Old Bedford Rd. The new eatery is designed to fill a void between casual and fine dining in the Bedford market.
The Copper Door's business plan included a design statement for its exterior and interior character driven largely by its ownership team. It will borrow stylistically from Shingles Style, and American Craftsman architecture with a touch of whimsical detail, and of course the signature arched top Copper Door.
Dignard Architectural Services of New Boston provided design services for the project to translate the visions of the ownership team. TF Moran of Bedford provided civil engineering services for the entire development for AV Bedford LLC.
