McMahon of O,R&L Commercial sells 42,000 s/f light industrial facility for $2 million in Madison
O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of the 42,000 s/f light industrial facility located at 14 New Rd.
Timothy McMahon of O,R&L Commercial represented the buyer Stone Heron, LLC. James Panczykowski of Binswanger represented the seller, Garland Associates.
The property will become the new home of Pacuda, Inc., a leader in safety and netting systems. The sale price was $2 million.
