The property has a history of low vacancy, and current tenants include the NBC local affiliate, Scottrade, Liberty Community Services, and Chick-Lets Organic Grill.
Tischio and Brochin represented the seller, JMJ Services, Inc. who acquired the property in 1992. Frank D'Ostilio and Vincent Torrens of Real Living Wareck D'Ostilio represented the buyer, MOD Equities.
