Lunenburg, MA United Solutions recently purchased the former Dietrich Industries manufacturing building at 198 Summer St., for $1.15 million. The property included 11.5 acres of land and included three new rail doors on a Pan Am spur, a large paved parking area with a rollup door to the building, five indoor loading docks, and 6,000 s/f of finished office space. United Solutions plans on using the rail for their raw materials and the property for manufacturing and warehouse.
