McNamara and Sideleau of Poirier Realty arrange $1.15 million sale of 65,000 s/f property

Lunenburg, MA United Solutions recently purchased the former Dietrich Industries manufacturing building at 198 Summer St., for $1.15 million. The property included 11.5 acres of land and included three new rail doors on a Pan Am spur, a large paved parking area with a rollup door to the building, five indoor loading docks, and 6,000 s/f of finished office space. United Solutions plans on using the rail for their raw materials and the property for manufacturing and warehouse. Kevin Sideleau of Poirier Realty assisted the buyer and Tom McNamara of Poirier Realty represented the seller in this transaction.
