Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, Inc. sold Woodbridge Corporate Park, a 49,965 s/f office building located at 1764 Litchfield Tpke. The property traded for $5.07 million to Aliquant Corp., who will assume full occupancy of the property as the current tenants' leases expire. The seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's senior director Robert Motley, who also procured the buyer.
