McNamara and Sideleau of Poirier Realty complete 3 sales - $573,001

Leominster, MA Poirier Realty recently completed three sales totaling $573,001. The deals included the following:

• Kevin Sideleau of Poirier Realty represented the seller, Ram Realty Trust, and Tao Jaing of V&E Realty, Inc. represented the buyers Bin Jaing and MingQin Chen is the sale of 813-815 Main St. This 2,138 s/f former convenience store along with an 844 s/f separate building/hair salon on .55 acres zoned BA is on Rte. 13. With 24,000 cars daily the property offers visibility and easy access with on site parking. The new owner plans on a Chinese restaurant.  The sale price of $370,000 included seller financing.

• Poirier Realty sold two office condos within 104 Whalon St., Fitchburg, Mass., owned by Whalon Street Trust. The dental units were sold to two separate buyers. 104 2C Whalon St., a 1,057 s/f unit was purchased by Dr. Robert Bates, chiropractor, for $90,000 following a 10-month lease/purchase agreement. Dr. Bates invested in updating the space prior to the sale. Tom McNamara of Poirier Realty represented the seller and procured the buyer. 104 2D Whalon St., a 1,254 s/f unit was purchased by Dr. Anubha Sacheti for $113,001 following a 10-month lease/purchase agreement. She upgraded the space for her pediatric dental practice during the lease period. McNamara represented the seller and Sideleau procured the buyer.
