The dental units were sold to two separate buyers. 104 2C Whalon St., a 1,057 s/f unit was purchased by Dr. Robert Bates, chiropractor, for $90,000 following a 10-month lease/purchase agreement. Dr. Bates invested in updating the space prior to the sale. Tom McNamara of Poirier Realty represented the seller and procured the buyer. 104 2D Whalon St., a 1,254 s/f unit was purchased by Dr. Anubha Sacheti for $113,001 following a 10-month lease/purchase agreement. She upgraded the space for her pediatric dental practice during the lease period. McNamara represented the seller and Sideleau procured the buyer.
