McNamara of Poirier Realty reps. Whalon St. Realty Trust in 2,400 s/f

Tom McNamara of Poirier Realty represented the landlord, Whalon St. Realty Trust in the lease of 2,400 s/f of office space at 19 Pierce Ave. to Amedysis, a provider of home health care. Casey Godwin of the Swearingen Group represented the tenant. Amedysis selected this site because of the easy access to Rte. 2, the new renovations completed by the landlord, and the professional appearance of the property. The 3,600 s/f building is fully leased.
