Glickman Kovago & Co. broker $353,000 sale
Glickman Kovago & Co. brokered the sale of 85 Dudley Rd. between George and Brenda Marshall and CHASE/harris Corp. for $353,000.
The property is a 1,800 s/f home and 2,200 s/f commercial space on 4.37 acres of industrial land.
David Cohen, vice president at Glickman Kovago represented both parties in the transaction.
