According to the RE/MAX of New England June Monthly Housing Report, there continues to be increasing activity throughout the New England market. Month-over-month, the median price and number of units sold are up in every state reported on in the region. In addition, the number of pending sales, year-over-year, is up an average of 28.4%, indicating that consumer confidence continues to increase with the market.
"While we did see a modest dip in median price year-over year, more units were sold both year-over-year and month-over-month," said Dan Breault, executive vice president, RE/MAX of New England. "These factors indicate a stabilizing housing market with diminishing inventory."
