For the second consecutive year, Boston Realty Advisors exhibited at the 2008 ICSC Spring Convention "The Global Retail Real Estate Convention" at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The show was held May 18th through May 21st.
Over 50,000 retail real estate executives were in attendance at the convention. Developers, retailers and lenders came together to network and conduct business.
According to Greg Pond of Boston Realty Advisors, "The show is a great opportunity for Boston Realty Advisors to showcase our aggressive marketing strategies for shopping center owners looking to sell their centers." Pond went on to say, "Boston Realty Advisors is continuing its focus on selling centers and its landlord representation services for new developments and high profile urban retail locations." Boston Realty Advisors had partners attending the convention, Jeremy Freid, William Catlin, and Jason Weissman.
