Boston Realty Advisors retail division attends ICSC Convention

For the second consecutive year, Boston Realty Advisors exhibited at the 2008 ICSC Spring Convention "The Global Retail Real Estate Convention" at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The show was held May 18th through May 21st. Over 50,000 retail real estate executives were in attendance at the convention. Developers, retailers and lenders came together to network and conduct business. According to Greg Pond of Boston Realty Advisors, "The show is a great opportunity for Boston Realty Advisors to showcase our aggressive marketing strategies for shopping center owners looking to sell their centers." Pond went on to say, "Boston Realty Advisors is continuing its focus on selling centers and its landlord representation services for new developments and high profile urban retail locations." Boston Realty Advisors had partners attending the convention, Jeremy Freid, William Catlin, and Jason Weissman.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
