Meeks of O’Brien Commercial Properties brokers 20,000 s/f lease to Utility Partners of America

Leominster, MA According to O’Brien Commercial Properties, Utility Partners of America (UPA) has leased 20,000 s/f of warehouse space at 435R Lancaster St. 

UPA is a construction management and services company partnering with energy cooperatives to service utility infrastructure nationwide. 

Brandon Meeks of O’Brien Commercial represented the landlord, while Joe Lauro and Micah Stavenhagen of Ironhorn Enterprises represented the tenant, UPA.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
