Meet IREM Member: Colleen Costa

Colleen Costa, CPM, ARM, is the 2014 president-elect of the Boston chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. As well, she is also property manager for Bay Management headquartered in Dedham, MA and New York, NY. Costa has been active in both the Rhode Island and Boston chapters and has served on numerous chapter leadership positions and committees. Costa was voted ARM of the Year and CPM Candidate of the Year for the Boston Chapter. She has also been active at the IREM National level by serving on the Membership and Credentials Committee and the Governing Council. Costa attended Boston University and majored in Real Estate Studies. Her 20 years of experience include residential, commercial, and condominium management specializing in repositioning properties to their market area. In addition to her involvement in IREM, Costa is president of the Jones River Village Historical Society located in Kingston, MA and is a member of the Kingston Chapter of the Quilts for Kids Organization which provides handmade quilts to children at the Boston and South Shore area hospitals.
