Meet IREM Member: Owen Ahearn

Owen Ahearn is currently serving as the 2014 Secretary of the Boston Chapter. Ahearn is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with over 20 years of professional experience managing residential, commercial, industrial property, and raw land throughout most of New England. He has specialized in custom property management for owners and investors of property from single family homes or condominiums to, duplexes, triple-deckers and multi-unit properties. Ahearn always followed the owner's objectives and professionally managed their properties. He frequently makes professional recommendations for improvements of the asset/portfolio and provides a detailed property reporting. Ahearn has attained four professional certifications: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Commercial Manager (ACM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Public Housing Manager (PHM) from the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO). Owen also possesses a OSHA - 30 Hour General Industry card.
