Jack Carr, P.E., LEED-AP is general manager of Criterium-Mooney Engineers in Portland, Maine and has been involved with CAI and Condo Media magazine for more than a decade. A member of the Maine Regional Committee, he is a frequent author and chapter speaker. Carr is currently serving his second term on the Condo Media, Inc. board. Condo Media magazine is the official publication of the CAI New England Chapter.
