Meet the CAI Members: Stephen Marcus and Robert Keegan

Stephen Marcus is a partner of Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks PC. A founding member of the CAI New England chapter more than 25 years ago, he has been instrumental in shaping industry practices and standards. Recognized locally and nationally for his contributions to the field of community association law, he was the national recipient of the 2012 CAI Award of Excellence in Designations and was presented the 2010 CAI New England chapter Hall of Fame Award. Most recently he has been involved with CAI in dialog with FHA and other federal agencies regarding association mortgage financing. Robert Keegan, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is a manager with R&E Associates, Inc. in Kennebunk, Me. He has been a long time member of CAI serving on the Maine Regional Committee since its inception, and was instrumental in spearheading the formation of the CAI Maine Legislative Action Committee (MALAC) in 2009. An active participant, he is a frequent chapter speaker and has also attended state house hearings to testify on various condominium bills. In 2012 he was awarded the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest professional designation awarded to association managers by CAI.
