Meet the IREM Member

Property management was never a career that was planned, but 27 years ago this ever changing career began for me. The properties we manage become our entrepreneurial investment whereby we run the property on a strict budget, adhere to state and federal guidelines, while providing safe and decent housing for people. As a CPM and past president of IREM in 1997, I am currently the NEAHMA CT Chapter coordinator and board member and have the following designations: ARM, SHCM, C5P, and NAHP. Currently as a senior property manager I have site responsibilities, train and supervise new managers and assist as needed at other properties in the Connecticut portfolio.
