Meet the IREM Member: Lewis
Peter Lewis, vice president of property management at Federal Management Co., Inc. AMO headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM.
Having begun his career as a site manager, Lewis has over 25 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. He has worked in virtually all segments of the affordable housing industry, including stints with a non-profit and a state housing finance agency, where he was responsible for ensuring the adequacy of the physical and financial condition of 22,000 units administered by the R.I. Housing & Mortgage Finance Corp. In addition, Lewis has worked in the market rate housing arena as a regional manager for both rental properties and condo associations.
