Meet the IREM Member - MacDonald
Carol MacDonald joined Corcoran Management Co. in 1987 and has held a variety of positions, including her current post as executive vice president. MacDonald jointly oversees the operations of over 62 properties in six states totaling 11,000 apartment homes. MacDonald has 25 years experience in the real estate industry, including facility management, rehabilitation supervision, lease negotiations maintenance and service operations.
She attended Boston College School of Management and Northeastern University's School of Business Administration. MacDonald earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1992. She served as president of the IREM Boston Chapter in 2006 and currently serves as a member of IREM National's Ethics Hearing & Discipline Board.
