Contractors in public construction must be more vigilant than ever to successfully navigate the minefield of governmental regulations and requirements. The consequences of non-compliance can be severe, resulting not only in financial penalties, but also possible debarment and criminal prosecution. Recognizing the risks, ASM is teaming up with four of the state's leading construction organizations - ABC, AGC, CIM and UCANE - to present a seminar featuring state and federal regulators, who will provide guidance on how to remain in compliance and stay out of trouble.
The program takes place on Tuesday, April 6 from 7:00 - 11:00 a.m. at the Westin Hotel Waltham.
