Melillo of Pearce Real Estate sells industrial property at 2115 State St.

Hamden, CT Dave Melillo of the Pearce Real Estate North Haven office has sold the industrial property at 2115 State St. The property is a 19,000 s/f single story, freestanding industrial building on 2 acres, the former home of Cummings Steel. The seller, represented by Melillo, was 2135 State Street, LLC and the buyer was Community Crusade for Children, Inc. Jeff Del Favero of Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties represented the buyer.
