At 2344 Foxon Rd. in North Branford, Legend Off Road has leased 2,000 s/f of light industrial space and will move its after market vehicle upgrade business to the space. Giovanni Petruzziello is the owner. The landlord is Cooper Partners, LLC.

At 11 Sycamore Way in Branford, a small group of fitness fanatics leased 800 s/f to site their personal gym where they will meet for group aerial workout sessions. Nicole and Peter Motzer are the owners. The landlord is Gray Eagle Corp.
