Men's Warehouse opens at Dartmouth Mall

Men's Wearhouse opened recently at Dartmouth Mall, extending the mall's current roster of retailers with a wide variety of apparel and accessories for men. Men's Wearhouse joins David's Bridal as a first-to-market retailer at Dartmouth Mall and is located next to David's Bridal as well. The 6,300 s/f Men's Wearhouse features high-quality affordable formal wear and accessories including suits, dress shirts, ties, shoes and sport coats. Tuxedo rental is also available, as well as professional on-site tailoring and wardrobe consulting. Dartmouth Mall is owned and managed by Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT). PREIT, founded in 1960 and one of the first equity REITs in the U.S., has a primary investment focus on retail shopping malls and community centers.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
