MEREDA to hold forecast & member showcase on Jan. 29

Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) will hold its 2009 annual real estate forecast conference & fifth annual member showcase on January 29 at the Holiday Inn By the Bay, 88 Spring St.
This event is geared towards developers, brokers, architects, bankers, attorneys, accountants and other professionals who are part of Maine's real estate industry.
MEREDA has assembled real estate leaders to provide the annual economic overview and outlook on Maine's economy, along with the popular market overview by property type focusing on both commercial and residential forecasts.
The conference features a welcome address by governor John Baldacci, a Maine economic forecast by Laurie Lachance, president of the Maine Development Foundation, and a capital markets overview by Larry Wold, president of TD Banknorth in Maine.
