Messore of Colonial Properties completes three leases totaling 5,400 s/f in West Haven

According to Mike Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., Fred Messore, senior vice president, has completed three leases totaling over 5,400 s/f. Messore was the sole broker in negotiating the leasing of 736 s/f at 97 Campbell Ave. to The Happy Lung, a retail store selling high quality E-Cigarettes and gourmet juices. Messore was also the sole broker in negotiating the lease at an adjoining building at 107 Campbell Ave., formerly Peschell's Bakery, totaling 4,000 s/f to The Tortilla Villa Inc., who plan on using the space for another bakery/food use. In both leases, Messore represented the Peschell family, owners of the property. Messore also completed a lease at 486 Derby Avenue for 736 s/f to Benita Lee, Counselor-at-Law. Messore was the sole broker in this transaction and represented the landlord, 486 Derby Avenue, LLC.
