Carol Karney of O,R&L Commercial sold 24 Robert Porter Rd. for $757,000. 24 Robert Porter Rd. consists of a 13,325 s/f industrial building on 1.34 acres.
Karney represented the seller, David Scranton, and the buyer, Delmic Enterprises, LLC, was represented by NAI Elite Commercial's Carl Berman. This property will be the new location of operations for Target Sports USA.
