Messore of Colonial Properties handles $605,000 multifamily sale
West Haven, CT According to Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., the company has completed the following transaction.
Fred Messore, senior vice president, represented the seller in the sale of 795 & 797 Savin Ave. The fully occupied investment property, consisting of two 4,700 s/f four family homes on .55 acres, sold for $605,000. The buyer, Murat Karacayli, was represented by Mike Boyarsky of Welco Realty. The attorneys for the seller were Jerome Lacobelle Jr. and Lawrence Levinson, Esq.; the buyer’s attorney was attorney Hilly Einbinder.
