Congress Building Corp. continues construction on 82,000 s/f Atria Ridgefield senior living community

Ridgefield, CT Construction on the Atria Ridgefield senior living community is well underway at 55 Old Quarry Rd. Congress Building Corp. is providing construction management services for Formation Development Group, an affiliate of Formation Capital, on its 82,000 s/f, 86-unit assisted living and memory care community which broke ground on November 20, 2017. The community will be operated by Atria Senior Living.

According to Congress’ CEO William Nicholson, “The extensive and challenging site preparation work is done. Structural steel and prefabricated structural panels are mobilized and progressing well as we work to beat the New England winter on this exciting project. “

The design will feature one and- two bedroom apartments, comfortable common areas, private dining, entertainment and recreation areas. Construction on Atria Ridgefield is scheduled for completion in June, 2019.
