Messore of Colonial Properties leases 12,000 s/f to Steve Hine School

According to Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., Fred Messore, vice president, has leased 12,000 s/f of flex space to The Steve Hine School at 217 Pepes Farm Rd. The tenant signed a 5-year lease; they are an athletic instructional facility specializing in training baseball and softball skills to youths. They have expanded the size of their facility from the 5,000 s/f location they previously had in Orange. Messore represented the landlord D'Amato Investments LLC and was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
