According to Michael Richetelli, president of Colonial Properties, Inc., Fred Messore, vice president and development specialist, has completed the sale of the historic Chuck's Steakhouse, a 5,679 s/f restaurant on .86 acre, located at 1003 Boston Post Rd.
Colonial Properties represented the seller, Chuck Steakhouse Inc., and Janet James from ReMax Right represented the buyer, Mansei Inc. The buyer, who also operates Jeffrey's by Claudio in Milford, purchased the building for $550,000 and has plans to totally renovate the existing building. An outdoor patio will be built, as well as many interior and exterior improvements. Most importantly, they will continue to offer great food and service which Chuck's has for almost 50 years.
