Metrowest Commercial handles 2,642 s/f lease to Seabra Foods, LLC

Metrowest Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE), a full service commercial brokerage firm, completed the lease of 49 Loring Dr., a 2,642 s/f industrial condomium, to Seabra Foods LLC, a food distribution company. The 2,642 s/f unit was offered as a sublet. MWCRE represented the subtenant, National Seating and Mobility, on the sublet and the lessor, BMM Limited Partnership, on the term thereafter. Marlene Aron, senior broker, of MWCRE, represented BMM Family Limited Partnership for over 20 years. Seabra Foods, LLC, was represented by Marcos Doliver, of RE/MAX Results, Medford.
