Midfield Corporation leases 20,739 s/f to Middlesex Hospital, Inc.
Thomas Ford of Midfield Corporation, an agent of Bartram and Cochran, negotiated a long term 20,739 s/f lease between Middletown Main Realty Trust and Middlesex Hospital, Inc. at 237 Main St.
Ford represented the landlord, Middletown Main Realty Trust and Thomas Coughlin of Management Services, Inc. represented the tenant, Middlesex Hospital.
