Sentry Commercial R.E. brokers 26,900 s/f lease
According to Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., Capewell Horsenails has leased 26,900 s/f at 1404 Blue Hills Ave. The 53,300 s/f industrial building is owned by Babcock and Brown Parallel Industrial, LLC. The brokerage team of Mark Duclos, Alan Bolduc and Sherri Thompson of Sentry Commercial were the sole brokers in the transaction.
