Boston, MA According to Lincoln Property Company (LPC), the Mass Law Reform Institute (MLRI) has signed an 11-year lease extension and expansion at 40 Court St. Along with their lease extension, MLRI expands their occupancy to 17,560 s/f spanning the entire sixth and seventh floor. The landlord was represented by LPC’s senior vice president, Brendan Miller, and the tenant represented by Ted Wheatley of JLL.

40 Court St. is currently 90% leased to a diverse tenant mix including many state agencies and professional services firms including Mass League of Community Health Centers, Anti-Defamation League, and Kiernan Trebach, LLP. The boutique class B building is located in a transit-oriented neighborhood proximate to Downtown Crossing, Financial District and Boston Common.
