Miller of LMM and Press of Press/Cuozzo arrange 12,000 s/f lease

The former Colonial Tymes Restaurant property, located at 2389 Dixwell Ave., has been leased to The Alphabet Academy. A childrens' day care, Alphabet Academy is a professional, forward thinking and well equipped early learning center. The 12,000 s/f building, set on 1.73 acres, will undergo a complete renovation and will open in March 2012. Steve Miller, of Levey Miller Maretz, represented the property owner, 2100 Whitney Avenue, LLC, and Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Realtors, represented the tenant. The long-term lease is valued in excess of $1.35 million.
