NAI Hunneman recently brokered a 27,750 s/f lease to Cintas Corp. at 1150 Providence Highway. NAI Hunneman's Catherine Minnerly, executive vice president/principal, and Ovar Osvold, associate, represented the property owner, LL Sharon DC LLC. The tenant, Cintas Corp., was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
Located at the junction of I-95 and Rte. 1, 1150 Providence Highway is a single-story building with 25,000 s/f of warehouse space and 2,750 s/f of office space. Constructed in 1975, the building is situated on more than three acres of land and features two drive-in bays and six tailboard loading docks.
