Minnerly and Osvold of NAI Hunneman broker 27,750 s/f

NAI Hunneman recently brokered a 27,750 s/f lease to Cintas Corp. at 1150 Providence Highway. NAI Hunneman's Catherine Minnerly, executive vice president/principal, and Ovar Osvold, associate, represented the property owner, LL Sharon DC LLC. The tenant, Cintas Corp., was represented by CB Richard Ellis. Located at the junction of I-95 and Rte. 1, 1150 Providence Highway is a single-story building with 25,000 s/f of warehouse space and 2,750 s/f of office space. Constructed in 1975, the building is situated on more than three acres of land and features two drive-in bays and six tailboard loading docks. "Exceptional highway access makes 1150 Providence Highway a terrific choice for Cintas Corp. to locate its Northeast operations," said Minnerly. Cintas Corp., which will occupy the entire building at 1150 Providence Highway, provides highly specialized services to businesses, including corporate identity uniform programs, promotional products, carpet cleaning and document management.
