Minnerly and Osvold of NAI Hunneman broker $3.1 million industrial/warehouse sale

NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of 116 Lundquist Dr., to Shaughnessy & Ahern. The 52,200 s/f industrial/warehouse building situated on a 4.24 acre parcel, traded for $3.1 million. Catherine Minnerly, executive vice president and principal at NAI Hunneman, and Ovar Osvold, associate, represented the seller, Resources Business Management and Properties Corp., in the transaction. NAI Hunneman also procured the buyer, Shaughnessy & Ahern, a rigging and heavy-hauling firm based in Boston. Resources Business Management and Properties Corp. owns and leases non-residential properties. "The outside land area of 116 Lundquist Drive was of strong appeal to Shaughnessy & Ahern along with such features as eight loading docks," Minnerly said. "NAI Hunneman is proud to have found the right buyer for our client in this transaction."
