Minnerly and Osvold of NAI Hunneman broker $4 million sale of 1000 Washington Street, Foxboro, Mass.

NAI Hunneman brokered the sale of 1000 Washington St., to Two Wheeler Holdings, a real estate affiliate of Motorcycles of Manchester. The 98,105 s/f industrial building fetched a price of $4 million.
Catherine Minnerly, executive vice president at NAI Hunneman, and associate Ovar Osvold, represented the seller, Alan-Lawrence Realty Trust, while John Coppola of Circle Properties represented the buyer, Motorcycles of Manchester.
Motorcycles of Manchester sells and rents new and used motorcycles and ATV's. The company presently operates a store - M.O.M. South - at 108 Washington St., south of Gillette Stadium on Rte. 1. The company will be moving to the newly acquired property.
"The acquisition allows the company to move to a larger facility while maintaining a prime retail location on Route 1 to support its rapidly growing business." Minnerly said.
