Minnerly and Osvold of NAI Hunneman handle 10,677 s/f lease

NAI Hunneman recently completed a 10,677 s/f lease transaction with Capstan Atlantic, Inc. at Walpole Park South. The metal gear company is moving into Building 2, unit 12 from Wrentham. NAI Hunneman executive vice president Cathy Minnerly and assistant vice president Ovar Osvold represented the landlord John D. Murphy Company and procured the tenant Capstan Atlantic. "Walpole Park South was the perfect fit for Capstan offering a high profile location on Route 1, room to accommodate future growth and a first rate ownership in John D Murphy Company," said Osvold. Located along U.S. Rte. 1, Walpole Park South Building 2 is a 95,567 s/f office and warehouse facility situated on more than 9 acres of land. The building offers ample parking, three tailboard loading docks, 18-foot clear height and wet sprinklers.
