Peabody Properties, Inc. hires Hogan as chief administrative officer and Guzzo as marketing director

Real estate management firm, Peabody Properties, Inc., hired two new employees. Nancy Hogan will join the company as chief administrative officer (CAO) and Adriana Guzzo will serve as marketing director.
As CAO, Hogan will work with firm principals and officers to develop and implement a strategic plan for Peabody Properties, with an emphasis on continued growth and success. With more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Hogan is an expert in affordable housing. A designated National Affordable Housing Professional at the executive level (NAHP-e) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM), Hogan serves on a number of national and regional industry boards, including the New England Affordable Housing Management Association's board of directors.
Prior to joining Peabody Properties, Hogan spent 18 years as Officer and Vice President of Government Relations and Training at First Realty Management. Previously, Hogan was Deputy Director of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) in Alexandria, Virginia, where she served in a variety of roles, including Congressional Relations Specialist and as a liaison between NAHMA members and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Housing Finance Agencies. Hogan received a Masters of Education degree from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.
As director of marketing, Guzzo will provide executive oversight and direct marketing and leasing initiatives for all properties in the firm's portfolio. With more than 18 years of experience in marketing, leasing and managing multi-family properties, Guzzo brings an innovative approach to her new role at Peabody Properties.
A designated National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and certified Trainer through the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI), Guzzo is a member of NEAHMA's Marketing and Public Relations Committee and serves on the Greater Boston Real Estate Board Rental Housing Association Education Committee.
Prior to joining Peabody Properties, Guzzo spent 12 years at Winn Residential, most recently serving as director of marketing. Earlier in her career, Guzzo was a property manager at General Investment & Development Companies (GID). She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Assumption College.
According to Peabody Properties principal and chief operating officer, Melissa Fish-Crane, Hogan and Guzzo bring skillsets that will complement Peabody's leadership team and help foster continued growth at the firm.
