Mio apartments in Weymouth now leasing

Weymouth, MA Leasing is now underway at the new Mio apartments, with occupancy on the first units was slated for mid-October. The transit-oriented property is located at 39 Trotter Rd., near the Commuter Rail and with access to Rte. 18. A joint project of Marcus Partners and John M. Corcoran and Company, the new apartments feature best-in-class amenities, contemporary design and ample outdoor space.

“With our partners at Corcoran, we’ve created a terrific opportunity in highly desirable South Weymouth for new construction living with COVID-friendly features,” said Josh Berman, vice president at Marcus Partners. “The contemporary design brings features and amenities that rival the top buildings in downtown Boston while offering a less-dense experience for comfort, privacy and safety.”

The development includes a total of 6,100 s/f of retail space, in both phases.

Mio brings a new level of design and experience to town, with modern kitchens featuring stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, quartz countertops, Nest learning thermostats, in-home washers & dryers, oversized windows and high-efficiency plumbing. The property is being constructed to LEED standards, with state-of-the-art building practices and the latest ventilation techniques.

The brand-new homes feature a high-level of service, with 24-hour package acceptance and notification, valet trash service, round the clock maintenance repair services, and complimentary WiFi in the amenity spaces. Living at Mio provides a high-quality living experience with easy access to open spaces, Union Point’s walking trails and town beaches, as well as comfortable work-from-home settings both in the individual apartments and in the varied amenity spaces.
