Mirin and Schwartz of CB Richard Ellis broker $1.75m sale

CB Richard Ellis' Private Client Group brokered the sale of 1029 East Main St. The 16,127 s/f office building sold for $1.75 million, or $108 per s/f. The seller was Post Road V LLC, and the buyer is David Bolotin. Al Mirin, senior vice president, and Kate Schwartz, associate, represented the owner in the transaction. "Owner occupied buildings are trading because favorable debt continues to be available," said Schwartz. "This allows purchasers to own their space for less than it would cost them to lease." 1029 East Main St. features visibility on a heavily traveled, high traffic count avenue less than a mile from Exit 9 off I-95.
