Mitchell of MG Comm'l. and Swearingen Realty broker 6,200 s/f lease
Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate, in conjunction with Texas based Swearingen Realty, recently completed a 6,200 s/f office lease at 2374 Post Rd., Airport Professional Park.
The tenant, Odyssey Healthcare, a hospice provider, will utilize the space for its local office.
Mitchell and Swearingen represented Odyssey Healthcare in the transaction.
