Molisse Realty Group facilitates transfer of Green Automotive to Quirk Auto Dealers

Accordign to Brian Molisse, owner/broker of Molisse Realty Group, the company's commercial division has facilitated the transfer of Green Automotive (Rick Vayo, president,) located at 955 Plain St., to Quirk Auto Dealers (Daniel Quirk, president.) The 4 acre site will be the temporary facility for Quirk's newest project which will house a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, & Dodge Ram Dealership. Quirk Auto Dealers plans to make the permanent home for the dealership directly across Rte. 139 at the former Settle's Glass building site (also under contract with Molisse Realty Group). Commercial agent John Farraher of Molisse Realty Group was instrumental in bringing both parties to the closing table. Molisse is very proud of the success achieved by the Molisse Realty Group commercial division thus far and anticipates continued growth and expansion of the division.
