Clark of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes completed sale for Whiteheads, trustees for Pauline Millaras

The Somers office of Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes completed the sale of a property located at 904 Rte. 32 in the Uncasville section of town. The .69 s/f parcel is situated in a C-1 zone, and, at the time of sale, was improved by a highly depreciated 1,389 s/f residential structure. The property was sold for Joel and Martha Whitehead, trustees for Pauline Millaras, to Joseph Wyspianski of Lebanon , at a gross sale price of $ 130,000. Wyspianski has obtained an automotive sales license for the site, and intends to demolish the residence. His business will focus on used car sales. He was represented in the sale transaction by Ron Bates of Partner Properties and Attorney Harry Heller. The sellers were represented Tom Clark of Connecticut Commercial Realty, and by Manchester Attorney Jeff Walsh. Connecticut Commercial Realty & Select Homes operates divisions in both commercial and residential brokerage, as well as certified appraisal.
