Moore has been appointed to partner of CB Richard Ellis New England

CB Richard Ellis has appointed James Moore as a partner of the firm in New England. Moore has been a member of the CB Richard Ellis team since July 2000 and is responsible for all aspects involved in completing appraisal and consulting reports for all property types. His experience includes the completion of more than 600 assignments and the analysis of $6 billion in properties. His assignments include the valuation of more than 2.5 million s/f of assets in Boston's Seaport submarket and more than 500,000 s/f of retail space along Newbury St. "We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jamie Moore to partner," said Andy Hoar, president/co-managing partner at CB Richard Ellis. Moore is part of a seven-member team. Moore is active with the Inner City Scholarship Fund. He serves on the Young Professionals Executive Committee and was honored as the 2007 volunteer of the year.
