Moore of Peter Scotti & Assoc. sells 127,000 s/f Paragon Mills: sold by ABC Realty Co. to Olneyville Housing Corp.
James Moore of Peter Scotti & Associates has sold the Paragon Mills, a 127,000 s/f commercial building on 3.5 acres at Manton Ave. in the West End. Moore represented the seller, ABC Realty Co. The buyer was Olneyville Housing Corp. with plans to convert the site into a mixed use redevelopment.
The Paragon Mills is a 3-story mill building, formerly the home of ABC Manufacturing, which sold for $1.2 million.
